Asif Ali Zardari VS Adolf Hitler

asif_ali_zardari“The charm of history and its enigmatic lesson consist in the fact that, from age to age, nothing changes and yet everything is completely different.” (Aldous Huxley)

Though there is no direct comparison between President Asif Ali Zardari and Adolf Hitler but time has proven, and is still proving, that both men had the opportunity to bring a change but both failed (failing – in the case of Zardari). Both had vision, both promised the nation and both tried numerous ways to reach their goal.

In his book, ‘Mein Kampf’, Hitler has written about his past and how his father used to beat him when he was a child. He was attached to his mother, who used to pamper him a lot, but she died when Hitler was young. Hitler had interest in painting but even after repeated efforts Hitler failed to impress the Vienna Academy of Art with his paintings. Coincidently, the death of his mother and the rejection of his painting involved a Jew in each case. Therefore, Hitler formed a hatred for Jews and he became bitter and rebellious.

Important point to notice = had a grudge with the Jews and he wanted revenge

Now if we look at the history of Asif Ali Zardari we find that he was kept in jail for 10+ years for allegedly no reason. Nothing is proved yet against him. If we don’t try to be conclusive and look at the situation we find a man who was deprived with a lot of basic needs for 10 long years and yet nothing was convicted against him. He was tortured, humiliated, insulted and he was forced to live his “young hearted” life in a jail. He was never a leader, he never was given a leadership role in the past, he was never a part of the political system (though his father was in ANP & PPP) and he only joined the political system after he got married to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. Therefore, we cannot say that he sacrificed his life for democracy or for politics or for the country even. He as well must have become bitter and rebellious.

If you connect the dots in sequence, I am sure that you will understand where I am taking this topic to. Certainly, Asif Ali Zardari will have grudges against a lot of people. The danger is WHO.

When Adolf Hitler came into power, anyone who was involved directly or indirectly in the reasons that made Hitler a frustrated man knew that Hitler will take revenge, and he did take revenge with most of the people he didn’t like. Similarly, if we observe the current style of Asif Ali Zardari’s leadership, it seems that he is also taking revenge with all those who were involved in his tragic story. However, there is a point which we should not miss. While Adolf Hitler was taking his revenge, or you can say when he was trying to change the SYSTEM, many poor, innocent and peaceful people died in the process. Similarly, many people are dying today when Asif Ali Zardar is trying to change the SYSTEM. Many people have lost their lives in the struggle to get flour or sugar. Many have died from the Drone attacks.

I am not a psychiatrist but certainly there are people who are studying on the post incarceration effects (1 & 2) and they say that those who are kept in jail and are away from the society for a long time may get involved in syndromes that are beyond explanations. Their mental status can deteriorate and they may lose their memory as well.

It was in jail where Adolf Hitler actually wrote his story, which was later published by the name of “Mein Kampf”, in which he wrote his struggle along with the motives and intentions he kept for the betterment of Germany and the German people. He was loyal to the country and he wanted to give a better life to pure Germans. It was in jail where he made up his mind and he jot down his plan about what he wanted to do in order to change the current structure of Germany and how to let the Germans live a life that he dreamt of. He wanted to make Germany a developed and strong country and for that he deployed all his tactics and force, when he was in power.

I wonder if Asif Ali Zardari was thinking about Pakistan and the people of Pakistan when he was in jail. Was he thinking about changing the SYSTEM? Was he concerned about the people of Pakistan? Was he loyal to the country? From the day he came in power, we have seen that Zardari is more concerned about his own issues like NRO (national reconciliation ordinance) rather than the people. So yes we can say that he is more interested in something else, something Hitler probably was not interested in.

Adolf Hitler tried all the ways, legal or illegal, to be in power. He used to pressurize the then military ruled government and used to walk out of the assembly so that a reelection is called. He joined or shook hands with those political and military parties/groups that were in his favor and thus grew stronger. Horse-trading in and outside the political arena was something he was a master at. Consequently, after all the cuts and bruises, he came in power. Similarly, Asif Ali Zardari tried all the ways he possibly could to be in Power. From allegedly being blamed as the killer of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto by the general public, to introducing a will, to changing the name of his son and by shaking hands with those who could have helped him to be in power. As Hitler, Zardari is also a very smart and an intelligent man. They both knew what to do and what not. They knew the loopholes in the political structure of their respective countries. They knew all the tricks in the book and, like Hitler in Germany, Zardari propelled himself to become the President of Pakistan.

While ruling Germany, the greed of Adolf Hitler, to possess everything for the pure Germans and his dream of a greater Germany, made him blind. Historians say that his political decisions and war related decisions were very vague and it is hard to comprehend his strategies. (7)

Asif Ali Zardari is ruling Pakistan and the general people feel that the greed of the man for power, money, self esteem, revenge or any other thing is at the expense of the whole nation. Whether it is the laid back attitude towards the restoration of the judges or the suspicious attitude towards NRO, we find Asif Ali Zardari to be interested in something that is probably not in the favor of the masses. Certainly, in the future it will be written by the then historians that it is hard to understand the strategies of Asif Ali Zardari, who went out trying to change the SYSTEM.

Adolf Hitler sucked every resource from the neighboring countries of Germany only to feed Germans. From eatables to iron and coal, Wehrmacht (Hitler’s Army) was busy in collecting the items from other countries they rule and forwarding them to Germany. Zardari is busy transporting money to the Swiss bank accounts. He has sucked all the resources from the people of Pakistan to feed…….? Who?

History will always remember Adolf Hitler as a man under whose rule a lot of people lost their lives. Though Himmler and his other associates were more active in killing Polish, Ukrainians and other people but still the blame is given to Hitler as he was running the SYSTEM. Similarly, directly or indirectly, Asif Ali Zardari will be blamed for all the killing done under his rule-knowingly or unknowingly. Reason being that he was either involved in them or he failed to stop them or just ignored them thinking they are inconsiderably small to be looked at.

In the case of Adolf Hitler, he kept the mechanism and processes under his control, similar to Mr. Zardari’s structure where he has also kept everything very centralized. He has still not agreed on passing the long-due power of the Parliament. Hitler on the other hand, took permission from the legal authorities to become the rightful dictator while Mr. Zardari has taken no legal permission and inherited the dictatorship.

In the later years of his power Hitler was hated by many, including the pure Germans. He was considered as a lazy man who used to prefer his ‘sleeping time’ over a ‘political decision’. Masses believed that he was not in control of the people under him, especially influential people like Himmler, Best, Speed & Heydrich, and he himself lost faith in his generals in the last days before Germany lost the war. (3)

Similarly, we find Asif Ali Zardari to be in no control over the situation and over the people he rules. Few of the influential party workers are not happy with his leadership and they have actually protested against him. (4) Whether true or not, but the person does posses a very contradictory personality. Well known for his “10%” and other corruption charges, it is highly believed by the public that he does not have any control over the deteriorating condition of Pakistan.

For a better understanding of the mild similarity of the two men, kindly read the following quotes said by Adolf Hitler himself. See how appropriately they settle in with the situation of Asif Ali Zardari.

“I am ready to swear six false oaths every day.”
Fest, p.52

“My time in prison was my university at the expense of the state.”
Fest, p.53

“Once in power I will never let power be taken from me.”
Fest, p.68

“What luck for the rulers that men do not think.”
Fest, p.70

To his lawyer: “Let us test the power of the law against my bayonet.”
Fest, p.79

“The NASDAP Party must not serve the masses, but rather dominate them.”
Mein Kampf, p.260

The story doesn’t end here.

It is said that the actual name of Adolf Hitler was Adolf Hüttler or Adolf Hidlar. However, while writing his name, someone accidently wrote it as ‘Hitler’ and from there on in his name was changed forever to Adolf Hitler. Similarly, the child who was once known as Bilalwal Zardari is now Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. I believe you can connect the dots yourself.

Its right that both of them are same, rather i should say Mr. Zardari is a ditto in attitude towards the “AWAM”…..but I am a bit dissapointed about this article because the author has compared a leader who conquered almost the whole Europe, lets not talk about the strategies and decisions and what he did with the humans at that time, with a person who did what? conquered what? lets leave everything….what he achieved in his life? a name “Mr. 10%”…..now re-phrased to “Mr. 100%”.
Allow me to share one joke(if anyone who heard this before…. then I cannot do anything about it)

Aik mulk kay Badshah ki death ho gaye tou awam mulk k SADDAR DARWAZAY k paas ja kay kharey hogaye aur ye faisla kiya kay jo bhi pehla banda ayega wohi is mulk ka Badshah hoga.
Kaafi dair k baad 1 bhikari aya…logoan ne ussay Badshah bana diya. Kuch dino k baad khabar ayye k padosi mulk humla ker raha hai, logoan ne Badshah se poucha kia kerna hai.

    Badshah: HUMMEY HALWA KHILAYA JAYE

Awam: Badshah salamat fouj mulk main aachuki hai

    Badshsh: HUMEY HALWA KHILAYA JAYE

Awam: Badshah salamat fouj MAHAL main agayei hai

Badshah: Humari Chadar aur Kashkol Laya Jaye.

THE END ho gaya us mulk ka

  4. Tahir says:

Atleast hitler want to do something for the greater germany. but in the case of zardari he only acts to become the greater and richer man even after the death bodies of thousands of Pakistani..

  5. Omar says:

Hitler tried to make his country better – at least. That is one major difference and The only major thing common between them is the mustache. :)

  6. saad zaidi says:

Hitler didnt done good by killing millions of innocent jews. He did bad in killing people no matter who they are where they live. He was not even loyal to his whole country people. He was only supportive of specific cast, color people. not all….. he draw outline of GERMANS people. whay they should be or should like. he kill black germans, disable germans, fat slim/ people, blind, deaf people, even people who has black hairs, short heighted, according to him, all those trash should be eliminated because Germany spends so much money on their nurture and they are helpless to serve his nation……..

Zardari….??!?!!!????!?!??? he is more worse than hitler….

Pakistan kahppe nahin…… Pakistan ke Kaapay hain yeh log

  7. Malik says:

Bhai sahab bohat alla,, nice comparison. Brilliant article from the writer, hats off to him… aur zardari ko kya bola jay Mr.10% ab Mr.100% ban chuka hai.. Ab tu waqai awam ghareeb lagti hai..

  8. afwaan says:

Whatever Hitler did was for his own country, even for the world. Killing Jews was in favour of the world, else this Jew lobby would have destroyed many people, as you can see the small jewish lobby is still doing that. However, this MR 100%, he is never in any favour of Pakistan. All he cares about is how many swiss accounts can he have and how many of them reach their max deposit limit. Spending one of his account’s money for Pakistan would make a huge difference, but how can he do that? His lust for money can never finish. He has made Pakistan a hollow place, shortage of Gas, light, flour, sugar. Their logo, Roti kapra or Makan, they are giving it, but at high prices so that not everyone can afford.

  9. Fanam says:

Please don’t insult Hitler by comparing him to Zardari. Yes, there are some similarities, but not on all major areas. Also, one important thing that you have to keep in mind is the period in which these took place or taking place. Hitler was a brutal killer but he was in power during the World War period when people’s mind were pre-occupied with nothing but war. You might ask what UK/Israel/USA are doing even in current century, but none of them a killing their own people or takig revenge from their own people.
Zardari is second to none and nobody can beat him. He is unique. He is engaged in silently killing his country men, engaged in helping USA puts it’s foot down in your territory without ease, looks after his cabinet with money which can make some families live for years with one day’s pocket money. His biggest talent is filling his own pockets. He might be thinking that he can bribe the servants of Allah on the day of Judgement. It is beyond my imagination as to why he is so greedy for money and he is saving all these money for what or whom?
Will any of you dare to stand up against him? I think that nobody will have the guts… so please live with him and make him more happy when you go for voting next time. “nothing is constant except change”

  11. Someerea says:

Mr.zardari can’t be said a leader like Hitler because Hitler and his relation with his nation was completely different from that of Mr.Zardari .Hitler can be said a self-made man but Zardari is the result of our disgusting parties system regarding leadership.I think Zardari is worse than Hitler. He is not a leader at all but a product of our unjust political system.

  12. Najeeb says:

Sir ….i think there is No comparison B/w theses two both have separate traits ,as one of my fellow Member mention above Hitler had a Leadership skills and Mr 10% has only A skill to how to fill his Pocket …personally without going in Detail what were the circumstances i like Hitler he Ruled the world by his Skills not by his Luck at least…ppl were ready to die on his Call Hitler were saving his Homeland imagine the whole World against u then what would u do ?he did the same as every sensible person do..so my vote goes to Hitler

  13. Very well written. I am astonished to see so many similarties between the two. I suppose Zardari is even worse than Hitler.

  14. Tasadduq Khan says:

    Hello,

After reading the whole article I must say this is a nice try to compare both of them. But as many of my fellows commented , we should not compare two of them.

Hitler was a decent guy (In my opinion) even though he had many wrong doings in his credentials. He had a motive to emerge Germany as supreme power and his leadership was amazing. He didn’t kill millions of Jews either (Read History guys). It is a Jew’s Propaganda against him.

As for respected President Asif Ali Zardari, who says he is a leader or politicians? He doesn’t even know the ABC of politics. He is a criminal mastermind. This is all he is.

    Regards

  15. Abdullah Abbasi says:

  16. Haider Zaidi says:

JEWS ARE SUPPOSED TO KILL THIS IS THE ONLY GOOD THING HE DID.
