Kya paya Kya khoya – Year 2009
The year ends in a few hours, a new year will come and new hopes will live. 2009, another year will be written in the books of history.
As the new year’s around the corner, ApnaSystem.com has decided to ask the users how did their year went, for ApnaSystem.com, the year went well, we have achieved a good reputation in a short period of time, and inshAllah we hope to keep this spirit up for all our users and visitors.
ApnaSystem.com is a website where users come and share their experiences, views and opinions; they don’t have to be shy about anything, as we are all about “creating awareness though constructive criticism”.
A little flashback of 2009, as a country we have witnessed some joys and some pains. Everyone in their respective fields have achieved something for the country and some have actually lost something as well.
What we gained:
Ali Moin Nawazis, scored 22-A’s and 1B and 1C in his A levels-WOW, a year for him to remember.
Pakistan Won T20 World Cup in a time when the whole nation needed something to cheer about.
What we lost:
Lahore bomb, Peshawar bomb, Karachi bomb, EarthQuake, atta, cheeni etc. NRO, Wakeel, etc. Imanae Malik, Black Water, Recession, etc.
The above mentioned events help us realise what we have gained and what we have lost over the 1 year and will be written in history books of Pakistan forever.
ApnaSystem.com would like your names to be in the books of history as well. “ApnaHistory Book”, a place where you tell us what happened to you in 2009, designed for people to see, learning and support, appreciate and help people with problems.
Maybe we are not as famous as the people above or we weren’t in the events above, but one day we can be; never underestimate the power of youth or anyone in particular. Never compare yourself to others, is an insult to you; you were born different and so was everyone else, no one can be compared to each other.

This was eventually a good year for me. I passed my Inter exams and managed to get into IBA.
But the bad part was that my phone was snatched twice this year.
What i feel bad about was the bad events in the country, so many people died and so much other stuff happened.
Other than that, i wish everyone a happy new year.

hey everyone! wishing you all the a very happy 2010. I gained a new job in a multinational company at a good salary.
I lost some friends who went outside Pakistan.
This year started off quite well. Though it was slow but at the same time everything was steady as well (Allahamdullilah). Nearly everything went quite awesome, I was able to take my business to the second stage, bought a car, reinforced my staff with a new energetic employee, worked on new projects etc etc etc.
However, the best part/event of 2009 was that I got engaged to someone very pretty
I don’t want to discuss about things that I lost as I only want to remember 2009 in my GOOD memories.
